I've never understood the point of prettying up a van. Commercial vehicles, even van versions of cars, just don't have the... The... Je ne sais quois.

The example above, apart from the mismatched mirrors, is a noble attempt to give it some linkage with a normal Mk6, but still not a touch on the regular 5-door.

It's got a standard van bumper on the back.

Have you spotted the spoiler? I was too distracted by the spats, but next time I go past I'll check it's really there!

As much as that bloke is obviously a prat and the pic of the van is incredibly funny and very worth a post, if its not your van, you should have blurred out his Reg plate. One of my pet hates that, sorry.

At the time of that photo it had a 2.9 cozzy engine in...

Its now got a 2JZGTE engine in (well nearly) it belongs to a mate in Rotherham (along with the red mk1 in the background - imported from Germany about 2 years ago, completely rust free and 17,000 km on the clock...)

For fear of incurring ones wrath, I choose to be opinionless on this matter.

Besides, I'm clearly on the not-so-popular side of the opinion divide on the whole modded-van topic. I'll stop now before I upset someone properly.

Its had a later front put on it - because the front was rotted out and they guy had the later panels...

Stargazer - the point was there is nothing wrong with a modified van so long as its done properly ;)

Nah, I'd blur out the plate if it WAS my van! :rolling:
I don't know who's it is (though knowing where it is I could probably find out). Who the hell else is going to work it out from a plate, any more than you could if you saw it in real life?

And yes, the spoiler IS for real, I checked.
